Due to the trend towards environmental friendliness, summer gazebos made entirely of natural wood have become in high demand in recent years. Thanks to the summer gazebos, you can relax in nature, have dinner or even go to bed. Fortunately, it is very easy to stretch the insect canopy in them.…
But not every customer has any idea how to order them.
First of all, the customer should pay attention to the wooden base of the gazebo. Who wants to sit on a cold concrete floor in the summer?
The wooden foundation allows the entire gazebo to be in its place, even in the strongest winds. And the more massive the foundation, the better. And there is simply no better choice than boards up to 40-50 mm thick, which makes it possible to achieve a truly solid structure from the very beginning of construction. And if the wooden foundation turns out to be light and made of low-quality wood, then such a gazebo is worthless. If a summer gazebo is installed next to a pond, and sometimes even on the water itself, it is better to choose a foundation made of natural larch. It will get wet and become even harder. And better. In more or less dry places, it is customary to choose a foundation entirely made of oak planks.
Next is the choice of floorboards. It is also customary to make it from high-quality wood. Boards 20-25 mm thick are used for the floor, which allows many people to be in the summer gazebo at the same time.
As soon as the foundation and floor are ready, the decorative grating follows, which is mainly made in a criss-cross pattern.
After that, massive wooden columns up to 45-50 mm thick are installed on the sides of the gazebo, which will support the roof itself. To prevent the columns from "playing" at the junction with the foundation, they are fixed with special L-shaped steel corners.
And the final touch is the installation of the roof. A special rafter structure is being prepared for it, assembled from wooden beams up to 35-40 mm thick. Then sheets of chipboard are laid on the beams, on which, in turn, any convenient roofing material is nailed - from metal tiles to ceramic...
And the final chord is the coating of the entire wooden structure with varnish. To prevent the tree from absorbing excess moisture, before handing over the gazebo to the customer, it is carefully treated with a special self-sealing varnish that can effectively clog all the pores in the wood. Then all the wooden parts are thoroughly re-sanded and covered with a layer of finishing varnish.
And only after that it will be possible to reasonably assume that the light and beautiful wooden gazebo is ready, and it is rented to its customer. Cumpara baterie de tractiune in Romania cumpara baterii de tractiune .
